Creating totally green ecological infrastructures is now possible: from the users who use them, cyclists and pedestrians, to the elements that compose them, our recycled rubber products, compliant with the Green Public Procurement (GPP) issued by the European Union and Remade in Italy certificates. Here are some of our favorite solutions: ELEVATED PEDESTRIAN CROSSING: nice, safe and ecological! The purpose of this article is twofold: to make pedestrians safe by increasing their visibility, to force motorists to slow down near a pedestrian crossing, reducing polluting emissions. Our raised crossing is made with recycled rubber modules. The modularity of the product allows rapid installation (each module is fixed to the ground by means of expansion plugs) and facilitates maintenance operations. All the rubber elements that make up our raised pedestrian crossing are certified by ReMade in Italy®, an environmental certification that certifies the compliance of the products with the Green Public Procurement (GPP). BIKER: curb - ecological traffic island for cycle path Biker is a lane separator curb designed for the delimitation of cycle paths in respect of the environment and in compliance with the GPP. The central part of the rubber element is equipped with pockets for inserting concrete blocks (available in different colors), while reflective inserts are applied on both sides of the curb to increase the visibility of the cycle path. An end element with a rounded head is available, equipped with a crystal marker. Biker is Remade in Italy® certified, an environmental certification that certifies the compliance of the products with the Green Public Procurement (GPP). BIKER/SP: curb - ecological traffic island for cycle path Biker / SP is a lane separator curb designed for the delimitation of cycle paths in respect of the environment and compliant with the GPP. The central part of the rubber element is equipped with grooves for the possible insertion of white and yellow reflective inserts for the realization of the marking of the cycle path. On request Biker / SP can be coated with a yellow polyurethane paint. An end element with a rounded head is available, equipped with a crystal marker. ARCHIMEDE: the ingenious green bollard at the service of cycle paths Archimede, the ingenious bollard, thanks to the size of the base (greater than 50 cm) can be used to increase the visibility of the cycle paths in its own seat. It can be placed between the Biker or Biker / SP elements, or it can be placed at the beginning and at the end of the sections to signal them, also acting as a basis for the reduced-size vertical signs that remain in shape with the track. Archimede is Remade in Italy certified. Our bendy bollards: bend but do not break! Our flexible posts allow you to secure areas and walkways. The advantage of this product is the almost total absence of maintenance thanks to the elastic properties of the article that even allow the occasional removal of the post. The history and values of our company Home /Roundabouts-Traffic Islands /Prefabricated and modular roundabouts / Mini Mini traffic islands and pedestrian save are bounded externally by the homonymous curb made of recycled rubber coming from end-of-life tires. The external part of Mini can be coated with a yellow polyurethane elastomer, or it can be colored with polyurethane paints of other colors. At the center of the linear curb it is possible to insert a cat's eye. The Mini curb is available: linear; 45 degrees; variable angle; 90 degrees. The central part of the islands is instead realized with the patented Kubik system, that is with modules in recycled rubber equipped with housings for the insertion of concrete blocks (available in different colors). The history and values of our company Home /Roundabouts-Traffic Islands /Prefabricated and modular roundabouts / Carina Carina is a prefabricated roundabout. It is 2 meters in diameter and it consists of four triangular-shaped elements in recycled rubber. Every element has housings for bolts and crystal marker housings. The perimeter part is coated with black/white or black/yellow elastoplastic tape. The superficial part may be coated with astroturf. Carina is certified by Remade in Italy® which certifies the conformity of products to the Green Public Procurement (GPP).
